The Colchester Lions Club would like to thank everyone who participated in this year’s golf ball drop August 20th. Finally, in the 3rd year of this event, a ‘hole-in-one’ was made!!!! The Colchester Lions wish to thank Mansfield Heliflight, their pilot, Josh Letaw and his co-pilot.

The sunshine brought out all of the townsfolk to celebrate the founding of Vermont's little city. Bands played, vendors displayed their wares and parents, kids, and even the family dog were smiling and enjoying the community get-together.
Londonderry Tri-Mountain Lions club members Randee Keith, PDG Pam Nichols and Joan Dayton serving chili at the August 7th Chocolate, Cheese and Chili Fest. This annual event raises money for Neighborhood Connections a local nonprofit in Londonderry that serves the senior community. The Lions served 15 gallons of their awe inspiring veggie chili.
Tornados were swirling at the Bennington Battle Day parade as Norshaft Lions demonstrated their wicked “Wizard of Oz” themed float. The kids were smiling up a storm as Dorothy and her friends passed out hugs and the wizard’s cannon fired confetti into the startled crowd. Somewhere over the rainbow got a little bit closer for parade attendees and Lions alike. Norshaft Lions won first place in the "service" catagory! You don't mess with Dorothy!!!
